Professional services
RegAlign Limited helps regulated and complex organisations work out what needs to change when responsibility, evidence, controls or decision-making are not working as they should. We examine the requirements that matter, the evidence behind the current position and the points that need professional judgement.
Buying software is not required. The right answer may be to improve existing arrangements, strengthen internal capability, use specialist third-party support, implement one of our products where it is ready and appropriate, or make no further change.
Diagnose the problem
Test the current position against the relevant requirements, controls, evidence, exceptions and limitations, then set out what needs attention.
Implement what needs to change
Help implement agreed controls and remediation, with separately scoped follow-up testing to assess whether those changes work in everyday operations.
Implement a product when it is the right answer
Configure and support adoption of one of our products only where that product is ready for the intended use and software is appropriate for the work.
Professional services are being prepared for launch. Paid engagements will only be accepted after insurance, terms and the scope of work have been confirmed.
