Understand your requirements and what needs to change

Our advisory and implementation services can provide a review of current arrangements, a decision supported by evidence, or help implementing policies, controls and responsibilities. We start with the organisation's existing evidence, identify material gaps or contradictions, and use practitioner judgement where interpretation, challenge and accountability matter.

You receive the findings, the evidence behind them and the decisions or actions needed. Material gaps and limitations are made clear.

Buying software is not required. Where one of our products would materially improve a review or implementation, product adoption is considered separately and only where the product is available for the intended use.

Remediation and follow-up testing

Put the change into practice and test whether it works

We can help implement agreed changes to controls, procedures, responsibilities, monitoring and evidence. After an appropriate operating period, a separately scoped review can test actual cases, decisions and exceptions to see whether the changes are followed in day-to-day operations. Completing an action alone does not establish that the underlying control is effective. Product implementation remains a separate choice.

We can take on a defined part of regulatory research, evidence assembly or working-paper production while the adviser keeps the client relationship and the professional judgement.
